Derived from the compendium of folktales; "One Thousand and One Nights", SEWU SATU is a contemporary art gallery that cultivates both the emerging and established artists of Indonesia.

Our devotion to a narrative-driven program and curation is birthed from the belief that a single piece of art is its own self-contained story, much like the collection of tales that inspired us in the first place.
